  of the vinyl. The colour codes can be found on the
  Swatches page.

  prevent any unecessary delay with your order, please be
  sure to write your name and address on the reverse side of

Postage costs

The prices below are for all orders EXCLUDING t-shirts, hoodies and vests.

Please add £0.50 onto postage costs for each t-shirt ordereded.
eg: if your order consists of graphics to the value of £3.75 and 2 t-shirts,
P&P will be based on the total of £3.75 (£0.50 = Orders of £5.00 and under)
+ 2 t-shirts at 50p per t-shirt = £1.50 total P&P

U.K.
£0.50 = Orders of £5.00 and under
£1.00 = Orders of £5.01 to £10.00
£2.00 = Orders of £10.01 to £30.00
£3.00 = Orders over £30.01 (recorded delivery)

£5.00 = Orders over £100.00 (recorded delivery)
Please add £0.50 onto final postage costs for each t-shirt ordered.
E.U.
£2.00 = Orders of £10.00 and under
£2.75 = Orders of £10.01 to £30.00
£3.50 = Orders of £30.01 to £75.00
£5.95 = Orders of £75.01 to £100
£8.00 = Orders over £100

Rest of the world

Production / Delivery Times
All of our products are made in house by ourselves.
Upon receipt of your order and payment, our approximate delivery times are as follows:
(Please note that some designs may take longer to produce than others so it is not always possible to provide an
accurate time scale to complete your order. We will always try to keep you informed of any delays that may take
place).
Graphics from the online catalogue: Approx. 5-7 working days (stock permitting)
 
Domed Graphics from the online catalogue: Approx. 7 - 10 working days (stock permitting)
 
Custom Graphics & ‘One Off’ custom kit designs: Approx 7 - 10 working days from design
approval. (Includes waiting list designs/kits. ‘Waiting List’ details can be found here)
 
Custom Domed Graphics: Please note: the custom doming is carried out in batches. Please
check the ‘Custom Domed Waiting List’ for details of when the next batch will be produced.
 
T-shirts, Hoodies & Vests: Approx 7 - 10 working days from design approval.
 
Key Rings & Pin Badges: Approx 5 - 7 working days (stock permitting).
 
Patches & Pennants: Approx 7 - 10 working days from design approval.

Terms and Conditions
ORDERS
All graphics are made to order. Therefore we may not be able to cancel or alter an order once we have started. If you change your mind or decide to cancel, please inform us immediately and we will do what we can to help.
 
Please check your order as soon as you receive your graphics. We will not re-supply ‘missing’ or ‘incorrect’ graphics after a period of 14 days from dispatch.
 
PAYMENT
Full payment is required BEFORE goods are dispatched. Please Make payments by Cheque or Postal Order, payable to: 'Scoot Graphics'.
 
RETURNS
If, upon receipt you find your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Faulty or incorrect graphics must be returned BEFORE replacements can be issued.
 
APPLICATION
Scoot Graphics accepts no responsibility for graphics damaged during application. Please be sure to read the instructions carefully before applying your graphics. If in doubt, contact us enquiries@scootgraphics.com
 
AFTER CARE
It is advisable to not wash your bike for approx 2 days after vinyl application. This will allow the adhesive to ‘grab’ and prevent lifting. Please exercise care when washing /polishing your Scooter. Avoid products which contain abrasives (T-Cut etc) or solvents (such as Toluene) coming into contact with your graphics.
