| (A/C=any single colour) then we will need the colour code | |
| of the vinyl. The colour codes can be found on the | |
| Swatches page. | |

ORDERS |
| All orders placed with Scoot Graphics are subject to the terms and conditions below. |
| This does not effect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods act (UK). |
| All goods are made to order. Therefore once the order has gone to print we are not able to |
cancel or
alter the order.

| PAYMENT |
Full payment
is required BEFORE goods are dispatched. Please Make
payments by |

| PRODUCTION DETAILS - Important Information |
| Our aim is to get your graphics to you within the quickest possible time without |
| compromising the quality. |
| Occasionally custom designs may require artwork to be redrawn so it is not always possible |
| to provide an accurate time scale to complete your order. This may vary delivery times, but |
| we will always try to keep you informed of any delays that may take place. |
| If we are having difficulty sourcing materials or there is a problem with your order, we will do |
| our best to let you know. We reserve the right to take up 28 days for delivery in such |
| circumstances. |
| To ensure the best possible quality and life span of the vinyl, we do not keep pre cut stock. |
| All our graphics are made from high performance grade vinyl suitable for vehicles. |
We do not use 'short term vinyl' cheaper vinyls as they will shrink over a short period of time |
| should it be exposed to constant changes in temperature (eg: direct sunlight, heat from the |
| engine etc.) |
| We only use vehicle grade vinyl (MACal 9800 pro) which has a life expectancy of: |
*8 years for black & white *****7 years for colours *****5 years for metallics. |
We have been in the vinyl signmaking industry for many years and have worked with all |
| brands of vinyl. Whilst Mactac isnt always the cheapest, it is the best in our opinion. |
| Yes, there are cheaper brands out there but unfortuantely, 'you get what you pay for'. |
| DELIVERY - POSTING & PACKAGING |
| Please check your order as soon as it arrives. |
| If upon receipt you find your order is incorrect, please contact us on the same day of reciept. |
Incorrect graphics must be returned BEFORE replacements can be issued. |
| If during delivery you find your order is damaged or items appear missing, please inform us |
| on the same day and we will contact you via email to explain what to do next. |
In cases of lost items, Royal Mail advises that you must wait 15 workings days from the |
expected delivery date before they can declare it as lost. Only then can we authorise |
| replacements to be posted out. |
| SPECIAL DELIVERY & RECORDED DELIVERY |
*You will be informed of the tracking number on the day of posting to allow you to make |
arrangements for delivery. Special delivery will be delivered the following day after posting |
| and Recorded delivery can take approx 1-5 days during non busy periods. During busy |
| periods (eg Christmas & bank holidays) this may take longer. We ask you to check the |
| progress of your parcel online at www.royalmail.com/track-trace In all cases of attempted |
| delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details on how to re-arrange a delivery or |
| which local sorting office your parcel has been taken to and how to collect your parcel in |
| person. |
| If you provide us with the wrong postal address then you must cover the cost of redelivery. |
| FORCE MAJEURE |
| No liability can be accepted by us where the contract is affected by 'force majeure'. |
| In the context of these terms and conditions, 'force majeure' is any event that we |
| could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. |
This covers incident such as 'an incorrect addresses supplied', 'failed deliveries resulting |
in orders being returned' and 'orders lost during delivery'. |
| As soon as orders have been posted they become the responsibilty of Royal mail. |
| We will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect or consequential arising from delay in |
| delivery. Any disputes shall be governed by English law and English courts. |
| TAXES / DUTIES on non EU overseas orders |
| We would like to remind our customers that any local taxes or duties levied are the |
| customers responsibility at the point of entry into their destination country. All non EU |
| overseas orders are sent an invoice and goods are shipped as 'Scoot Graphics' or |
| 'Promotional Items'. |
| VAT |
| Scoot Graphics is not a VAT registered company. We do not charge VAT on any of our |
| products. |
CUSTOMER
DETAILS |
Customers
details supplied to Scoot Graphics are held confidential and will never
be sold |
or
provided to a third party. |
APPLICATION |
Scoot Graphics
accepts no responsibility for graphics damaged during application. Please
be sure to read the instructions

AFTER
CARE |
It is advisable
to not wash your Scooter for approx 2 days after vinyl application. |
| This willallow the adhesive to ‘grab’ and prevent lifting. |
| Please exercise care when washing / polishing your Scooter. |
Avoid products
which contain abrasives (T-Cut etc) or solvents coming into direct contact
|
with your
graphics. Take particular care with printed images as solvents can remove
the |
| print. |
