| Hope you are all ready for the festive season that is almost upon us :o) | |
We have certainly had a challenging 2009 with our fair share of ups and downs. |

| Throughout it all we have managed to keep going would like to thank you for all | |
| your continued support which is very much appreciated. | |
| We have a few exiting changes we intend to put in place over the course of 2010 so | |
| keep checking this page for further news in the new year. | |

| 15/12/09 | Internet Connection Problems - solved!! (fingers crossed) |
| As mentioned last month, we have been having intermittent problems with our | |
internet connection. |

| We hope (touch wood and cross everything) we have finally got this sorted! | |
| The wonderful man from BT came and replaced our external phone line | |
| which had eroded away over the years. So far it seems to be just fine! | |
| During this period we had a lot of emails that went unanswered due to the amount of | |
| time it took to repair. We simply couldn't access them or reply! | |
| If you did contact us during October - November and didn't get a reply, | |
| please feel free to resend them we will get back to you!! | |
| Our apologies for what has been a most frustrating time for all. | |
| 15/11/09 | Internet Connection Problems |
| We are currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties with our internet | |
connection which is making it difficult for us to access and reply to emails. |

| We are waiting for an engineer to arrive to fix the problem and hopefully we should | |
| be back up and running very soon. | |
| We apologise for any inconvenience or delay this may cause. | |
| 16/10/09 | Scoot Graphics to re-open on 19th October |
| Scoot Graphics has been temporarily closed for the best part of 2 months due a family | |
bereavement. We are now due to reopen on Monday 19th October. |

| There will no doubt be a backlog of emails and orders to wade through but we will | |
| do our best to answer everyone as promptly as possible. | |
| Its been a difficult year for us and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you | |
| for your patience, well wishes & support. | |
